In 2016, I lost my mom, had my 4th child, and received a chronic illness diagnosis called Lymphedema that causes my legs and hands to swell.
A year later, we downsized into my late mother's home and that's when I realized exactly how much clutter we had.
Our garage was stacked to the ceiling, the inside of our home was a disaster, and I was too overwhelmed to deal with any of it. I was irritated, fed up, and snapping at my kids on the daily.
Eventually, I found a way to clear my own clutter, but I was not making progress with my health and wellness goals. So I hired a mindset coach and what I learned absolutely changed my life.
After learning how to improve my own mindset to reach my health goals, I began to notice that the way women are thinking about decluttering is what's keeping them stuck. Our homes are a mirror of our inner selves. As long as you feel overwhelmed and defeated, your household will always reflect that.
So I created Mindful Decluttering to help women finally break free from their clutter so they can stop feeling burdened by their own homes.
